He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stigall and Alice Sipes Stigall; and his brother Michael Stigall. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth McKinney Stigall; his children, Tracy Smith (Jimmy) of Steele and Bobby Stigall (Jennifer) of Gosnell; and his sisters, Sherry Warren (Larry) of Aurora and Sheila Pate of Rome, Georgia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
