He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frazier and Rosa Bell Moore, Sr. (Lemons); and his siblings, Ada Ruth Bayles, Pauline Farley (Snookie), Dot King, Jackie Moore and Gary Moore.
He is survived by: his children, James F. Moore III (Jim Jim), Shannon Moore (Nicole), Paul Snyder (Erica), Jamie L. Moore (Tammy Islander) and Sabrina Adam (Scott); and his sisters, Betty Jo Schmidt (Dan), Sharon Glosscock-Ford (Keith), Pam Stalling (Ralph) and Debra Priest. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
