With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Merrick Barnard IV of Blytheville, Arkansas, born in Blue Island, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2023 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Fred Merrick Barnard, III and Barbara Jean Sitton Barnard of Jackson, Missouri; his wife Kim Barnard of Blytheville; his children, Joshua Floyd of Cape Girardeau, Eric James Barnard of Jackson, Sgt. James Michael Barnard of Fort Liberty and Jenna Renee Barnard of Suffolk, Virginia; and his sisters, Barbara Kathleen Doan of Cape Girardeau and Sandra Kay MacInnes of St. Louis. He is also survived by four granddaughters; and one grandson.
