She is survived by: her children, Paula Crowder Wallace (Edwin) of Steele and Bret Sparks (Emma) of Osceola; her grandchildren, Tabatha Simpson Farrow, Heather "Nikki" Sparks, Kathleen Crowder, Will Sparks and Lydia Sparks; and her siblings, Gaines Alan Smith of Wilson and Phyllis Melsoni of Derby, Kansas..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church in Donna's honor.
