He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Lipford and Opal Louise Hardin. He is survived by: his wife Dessie Ammons Lipford; his son Michael Lipford (Emily) of Gates, Tennessee; his sister Sandra Ocwieja (Frank) of Scotia; and his grandchildren, Jered Lipford (Sara) of Hot Springs, Adrian Lipford (Lexi) of Dexter, Jay Roberts (Jasmine) of Ripley, Jordan Roberts of Gates, Tennessee and Jestina Ricci (Daniel) of Rockville, Maryland. He is also survived by three great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
