He is survived by: his daughter Kinsley Ann Bullard; the mother of his child Tiffany Stobaugh of Manila; his mother Stacy McHann Bullard of Manila; his stepmother Kelly Bullard of Lake View, Arkansas; his nephew Barrett Bullard of Manila; and his grandfather Onward Bullard of Blytheville.
