Garza Rios of Edinburg, TX; his children, Armando Rios, Jr. of Caldwell, ID and Dianira Rios of Caldwell, ID; and his siblings, Alfonso Rios, Jr. of Edinburg, TX, Adelmira "Millie" Rios of Batesville, MS, Abelina Perez of McAllen, TX, Anjelica Barros of Wichita Fall, TX and Ann Marie Rios of Wichita Falls, TX. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
