It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Allen Bell of Blevins, Arkansas, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bell and Lorene Honea Bell. He is survived by: his children, Steve Bell (Angela), Ron Bell (Kristine) and Denea Bell; his sister Shirley Munnerlyn; and his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Riley, Raegan and John Ryder.
