He is survived by: his wife Joy Dougan of Blevins, AR; his children, Pam Dempsey of Locust Grove, AR, Terri Dougan of Prescott, AR, Victor Dougan of Blevins, AR, Greg Dougan (Colbey) of Boughton, AR and Tracy Dougan (Myra) of Dallas, TX; his grandchild Fourteen; and his siblings, Anita Foster (Paul) of Sutton, AR, Archie Dougan (Marilyn) of Traskwood, AR, Richard Dougan (Carolyn) of El Dorado, AR, Johnnie Dougan (Pam) of Prescott, AR, Donnie Dougan of Cale, AR and Tim Dougan (Jan) of Texarkana, AR. He is also survived by Fourteen great-grandchildren.
