He was predeceased by: his parents, P. C. "Cavy" Stephens and Maurine Stephens; and his wife Nell Price Stephens. He is survived by: his brother Paul (Jenelle) of Benton; and his nephews, Dr. Scott Stephens of Fayetteville and Phillip Stephens of Little Rock.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bruce Memorial Methodist Church (5451 US-371, Blevins, AR 71825).
