It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maudine Welch of Blevins, Arkansas, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Steed and Inez Phillips Steed; her husband Max Welch; her siblings, Mary Helen Smith, Guy, Jim, Red and Glyn Steed; her grandchildren, Jay Dixon and Haley Staggs Quick; and her great grandchild Brody Quick.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Hartsfield of Blevins, Jackie White (Larry) of Nashville and Phil Hartsfield (Robyn) of Glenwood; her siblings, Doug Steed (Donna) of Blevins, Bobby Steed (Jamie) of Blevins, Gene Steed (Wanda) of Camden and Dot Smith (Billy) of Blevins; and her grandchildren, Courtney Hampton, Stephanie Nolte, Chris Hartsfield, Ki Hartsfield, Haylee Barnett, Allee Hartsfield and Dani Oakes.
