He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Sr. Cooper and Mary Evelyn Cooper; and his sisters, Tammy Fuentes and Madeline Dison. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Cooper; his children, Ashley Cooper of Nashville, Brandy Aparicio (Zacarias) of Nashville, Alexis Campbell (Mason) of McCaskill, Brittney Cooper of Blevins and Kaden Kemp of Blevins, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Ava Grace Aparicio, Adelynn Campbell, Haley Aparicio and Seth Campbell; his mother-in-law Carolyn Diann Scott; and his sisters, Jeannie Cooper (Eric) of Crevecoeur and Jennifer Cooper (Jonathan Campbell) of Kenner, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help cover the funeral expenses.
