He is survived by: his wife Emogene McGalliard Hugg of Hot Springs; his daughter Norma Jean Hugg Scott of Prattsville, AR; his daughter-in-law Eric Sullins of Poyen, AR; his siblings, Donald Hugg (Nesha) of Powderly, TX, Larry Dean Hugg of Blevins, Carolyn Hines (Eddie) of Little Rock, AR and Janice Salisbury (Leslie) of Blevins; his grandchildren, Terrie Nicole Samples (Donnie) of Hot Springs and Patrisha Dockery of Hot Springs; his great grandchildren, Cody Nathaniel Samples, Bryce Hunter Samples, Elizabeth Grace Samples and Ivy Christian Dockery; and also, Cassidy Michaela Jane Sullins of Poyen, AR and Darlene Angela Hugg McCauley (Jimmy) of Poyen, AR.
The Hugg Family ask that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Poyen Athletics Schools System in Poyen, Arkansas.
