She was predeceased by: her father Bob Maddox. She is survived by: her husband Tim Allen; her daughters, Lillian and Carol Allen; and her siblings, David Maddox of Henderson and Virginia Brewer (Rick). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews host of friends and relatives.
