He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. William Henry O'Barts, Sr. and Francis "Frankie" Alice O'Barts (Hutsell); his wife Retha Marie O'Barts (Green); and his brother George Robert O'Barts, Sr.. He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Retha Marie Green; and his children, William Henry "Buddy" O'Barts of Newport and LaDonna Marie O'Barts of Possum Grape. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
