She is survived by: her children, Phillip Cotton Jackson Jr., Laura Ann Porter of Black Rock, Tina Lynn Rose Jackson of Pocahontas, Jennifer Maria Jackson of Jonesboro, Robin Renee Nolte-Jackson of Fayetteville and Kimberly Lynn Jackson of Pocahontas; her siblings, Billy McCarty of Cardwell, Ricky McCarty of Calera, OK, Jack McCarty of Durant, OK, David McCarty, Linda Williams of Cardwell, Rebecca McCarty of Calera, OK and Sandra McLaughlin of Farmersville, CA; her grandchildren, Guzman Herrera, Michael Herrera, Rebecca McMullin, Elijah Jackson, Eric Rivera, Elizabeth Rivera, Juan Jackson, Joshua Porter and Sierra Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Nightlyn McMullin, Daylyn McMullin, Hadley Herrera, Hayden Herrera and Saylor Pratt.
Following the State of Arkansas COVID-19 guidelines, no more than 50 people will be allowed to gather inside of Mitchell Funeral Home and practice social distancing, keeping a 6-foot distance between one another. Face masks are required to enter the building and to be worn at all times.
