He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Louthain; his children, Yvette Crum (Mike), Dennis Louthain and David Louthain (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kyler, Kalee Crum, Casey, Teresa Louthain, Holly Palermo and Eddie McClintock; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Owens, Danica McClintock, Jadelyn McClintock, Trace McClintock, Seth Gholson, Hallie Gholson, Alexander Gholson, Alita Palermo, Lincoln Palermo and Mila Palermo.
