She is survived by: her children, Kevin Smith of Greenbrier, Tracy Smith (Eric) of Black Rock and Leslie Blankenship (Charles) of Smithville; her brothers, C. W. "Buck" Howley of Fairfield Bay, Billy Rodgers of Rockford and Ralph Rodgers of Imboden; and her grandchildren, Carter, Abbey Vance, Hannah, Ethan Smith and Cheryl Blankenship.
