We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2020, at the age of 78, Bobby Ray Smith of Black Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sherman and Sarah Eleen Fuller Smith; his son Kenneth Alan Smith; his siblings, Donnie Lee Smith and Francis; and his great grandchild Jasmine Paige Pope.
He is survived by: his wife Vesta Smith; his children, Connie Sue Smith Pope of Florida, Terry Scott Smith (Jennifer) of Jonesboro, William Sherman "Bobby" Smith (Melanie) of Nebraska and Mark Steven Smith of Conway; and his sister Ann Clark of Illinois. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
