It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Maxwell of Black Rock, Arkansas, born in Smithville, Arkansas, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William H Maxwell; his wife Mary; and his brothers, Donald and Wayne Maxwell. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Jerry Smith of Piedmont, Lois Colbert of Imboden, Jearldean Davis of Annieville and Patricia Smith of Imboden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
