It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Gail Copeland of Bismarck, Arkansas, who passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Curtis Looper and Leona Childress Looper; her siblings, Freddie Lou Dyals and Manuel Looper; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Dyals, Alice Looper, Blondell Looper and Nellie Looper.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Arlo Copeland; and her siblings, Junior Looper, Fenton Looper (Mary), Roger Looper, Calvin Looper, Eddie Looper, Jamie Davis, Betty Dover and Gloria Sorrells (Charles).

Memorials may be made to the Beaton Cemetery Fund, 108 Hanover Road, Bismarck, Arkansas 71929.
