He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Rhiddlehoover and Pauline Rhiddlehoover; his brother Jon Rhiddlehoover; his son Neal Rhiddlehoover; his grandchildren, Shannon Jr., Brendon, Channon and Shania; his siblings, David Rhiddlehoover, Bruce Rhiddlehoover, April DiPasquale and Mary Annette Gates; and also, Brenda Crumby, Curtis Herron and Rhonda Smith. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
