He was predeceased by: his father Ed Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Godfrey Mackey; his daughter Jill; his son-in-law Dave Williams; his son Ryan Mackey of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Braley Frazier, Braden Frazier, Kade Mackey, Dray Williams and Jasa Williams; and his brother Kenneth Mackey of Malvern. He is also survived by family members and friends.
