It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Dawn Steier of Bismarck, Arkansas, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Loy and Meathol Holt Loy; and her sister Peggy Allen. She is survived by: her husband Paul Steier of Bismarck; her children, Brandon Steier of Bismarck and Lauren Steier of Bismarck; her nephew Scotty Allen (Jennifer) of Magnet Cove, Arkansas; her niece Rhonda Jacobs of Hot Springs; and her grandson Reid Price of Bismarck.
