He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warner and Mabel Humphrey Blakney; and his sister Jimmye Lou Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Dillahunty Blakney; and his siblings, Gary Blakney, Robin Blakney, Glen Blakney, Cindy Blakney and Joyce Blakney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
