He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jasper and Ruby Cates Hodges; his former wife Earnestine Hodges; his children, David Hodges and Janet Hodges; and his siblings, William E. Hodges, Charlie James Hodges, Andrew Hodges, Hamp Hodges, Doyle D. Hodges, Mary Bryant and Mattie Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Robbins Hodges of Bismarck; and his stepchildren, Bruce Fuller (Michelle) and Teresa Fuller of Jonesboro. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty six great-grandchildren and nineteen great-great grandchildren.
