He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" Allen of Bismarck, AR; his children, Rebecca Allen of Arkadelphia, AR and Waymond Allen (Kim) of Pooler, GA; his grandchildren, Jonathan Taylor Osteen, Alexus Osteen, Carter Allen and McClain Allen; his great grandchild Wendell Haynes; and his siblings, Ray Allen and Royce Allen.
