He was predeceased by: his parents, John Terpstra and Grace Terpstra; his wife Myrna; his former wife Dorothy; his grandchildren, Anthony Monaghan, Lisa Terpstra and Justin Terpstra; and his siblings, Dave (late Grace), John "Whitey" (late Evie), Hank (late Marie), Clara "Sis" Skinner (late Richard) and Alice Cardea (late Tony).
He is survived by: his children, Edward Terpstra, Jr. (Cathy), Karen Terpstra, Kathy Busse (Steve) and Brian Terpstra (Debbie); and his siblings, Theresa Hall (late Bill), Jim Terpstra (Norma) and George Terpstra (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, stepchildren & step-grandchildren.
