He is survived by: his daughter Julie Koch (Matthew) of Crystal, MN; his grandchildren, MaKaylen of Redfield, AR, Christian of Redfield, AR and Jase Crabb of Redfield, AR; and his sisters, Linda Schales and Trish Davis of Arkansas.
