With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Mae Smith of Bismarck, Arkansas, born in Eugene, Oregon, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jones and Mona Stevens Jones; her husband Robert Smith; and her sisters, BJ and Roxanne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Counts (James) of Bismarck and Carisa Panoch (Rick) of Taulitin, OR; and her siblings, John Jones of Portland, OR and Sherry Lewis of Eugene, OR. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
