It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Carroll Freeman of Bismarck, Arkansas, born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Ambrose and Verna Cox Freeman; his former wife Cleda Freeman; and his siblings, William Freeman, Lola Katherine Freeman, Lorene Jester and Mary Chambers.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie Freeman of Bismarck; his children, Carrolyn Tucker (Ron) of Bismarck, Eugene Freeman (Lu Anne) of Temple, TX and Charles Freeman (Kathy) of Kansas City, MO; his sisters, Liz Guffey (Eddie) of New Mexico and Thelma Dixon (Doyle) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Blaine Tucker (Kate), Crystal Usenko (Sascha), Jason Freeman, Jennifer Freeman, Phillip Freeman (Lindsey), Kevin Freeman (Rachel), Robert Freeman and Gabriel Freeman. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
