He is survived by: his wife Marsha Dale Hart High; his children, Samuel High (Jennifer) and LeAnne High Thomas (Jackie Jr.); his brother Carl High Jr.; his brothers-in-law, Gary Hart and Edwin Teasley; his grandchildren, Savannah High, Cordell Thomas, Dakota High (Kristen), Austin Thomas and Lizzie Thomas; and his great grandchild Rasalina High.
