He was predeceased by : his parents, James Edward and Vivian Jean Barker Cook. He is survived by : his son David Cook; His daughter Sarah (Drew) Alls his grandsons Evan & Reece Alls and granddaughter Breylee Alls; his sister Patricia Manning (Gary); and his nieces, Brooke Richey and Jessica Walton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
