She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hensley and Eunice Morrow Hensley; her siblings, Marion Blackburn, Betty Sue Baker, Herbert Hensley and Dorathy Mae Hensley; and her nephew Jim Baker.
She is survived by: her niece Ava Wood (Harold); her nephews, Houston Blackburn (Verone), Joe Blackburn (Deva), Douglas Baker, Donald Hensley (Patty), Ronald Hensley (Doris) and Dwayne Hensley (Brenda); and also Doris Eoff.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
