He is survived by: his parents, Clyde Harris Howell and Patricia Marie Clark Howell; his wife Rosemary Crow Howell of Bigelow; and his children, Bentley Dodge of Bigelow, Katherine Eddie of Houston, Steven Dodge of Bigelow, Amanda Hensley of Bigelow, Trista LaCook of Bigelow and Joshua Howell of Russellville. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
