He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy A. Ruple and Clara "Jewell" Ruple; and his sisters, Marie Coleman and Louise Stringer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Colby (Joy) and Adam (Erin); his grandsons, Jake, Zack, River and Scout; his stepdaughter Stephanie Battiest; his stepgrandchildren, Payton Loundy (Ryan), Nikki Knight, Leslie Battiest and Samuel Battiest; and his sisters, Jewell Dean Rowe and Leta Ruple-Copeland (Andy). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
