He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlow McClain and Lorretta McClain (Wade); and his sisters, Marlena Smith and Joyce McClain. He is survived by: his sister Kay Batson of Fayetteville; his children, Sam Hines (Sherry) of Morrow and Jessica McClain of Fayetteville; his former wife Denise Irwin (McClain) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Allison Hoag of Winslow, Hunter Robbins of Fayetteville, Colton Hines of Hogeye, Landon and Emersyn Ramey of Morrow.
