He was predeceased by: his former wife Clara Haise; and his parent Green Forest. He is survived by: his children, Edwin Haise of Berryville, Arkansas and Lisa Huff of Joplin, Missouri; his sister Jackie McGarva of Likeley, California; and his wife Diane Harriman. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
