He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edwin and Grace Edwin (Nellie). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Maddox (Hunter); his children, Beth Maddox of Leandor, Eddie Maddox (Margaret) of Eagle Rock and Laurie Murphy (Keith) of Simi Valley, California; and his grandchildren, Kadee Allsobrooks, Ray Maddox III, Amanda Turner, Rachel Blazek, Kaitlyn Davis and Cortney Murphy. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and other family and friends.
