She was predeceased by: her parents, W. L. Couch and Virginia Couch (Waters); her husband Douglas Householder; her brothers, Wendell Couch and Bruce Couch; and her sons, Ronny James Mandrell and Caleb Householder.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Moore (Lloyd), Jacob, Vicky Householder, Thomas Householder and Niki Wilson (Dustin); and her siblings, Cindy Smith and Shorty Couch. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and two great grandchildren; numerous other family members and friends.
