She was predeceased by: her former husband Tommy Lawrence; her father Eugene Earl Spurlin; and her brother Jimmy Spurlin. She is survived by: her mother Alice Spurlin (Bryant); her husband John Mays; and her siblings, Ronnie Spurlin (Theresa) of Hot Springs and Barbara Jones (Bruce) of Hot Springs.
