She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Smith and Mary Smith (Marshall); and her sisters, Katherine Smith and Margaret Thompson. She is survived by: her sons, Kent Epley of Green Forest and Jeff Epley (Norma) of Berryville; her grandchildren, Rebecca Epley of Lowell, Beth, Casey Lutat of Springdale, Brenan and Bre Epley; and her sisters, Jenny Edmondson of Branson, Trish Worley (Jerry) of Berryville and Lisa White (John) of Bloomfield, Kentucky. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
