He is survived by: his wife Regina Gale Castleberry Gregson; his children, Mia Gregson of Berryville and John Gregson III of Berryville; his father John Edward Gregson, Sr. of Wynne; his sisters, Ann-Marie Magre (Nate) of Fayetteville and Alexa O'Leary (Pat) of Fayetteville; his nephews, Matthew Magre, Sean O'Leary, Austin O'Leary and Colby O'Leary; and his niece Lauren Magre.
