He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Lee Howard and Jessie Pearl Howard (Seitz); his nieces and nephews, David Howard (Belinda) of Kingston, Arkansas, Janet Braudrick (Dale) of Springdale, Arkansas, Teresa Wood (Scott) of Lowell, Arkansas and Hubert "Todd" Howard (Cheryl) of Berryville, Arkansas; his wife Betty Lee Howard (Tharp); and his brothers, Dallas Lee Howard and Hubert Artis Howard.
