He was predeceased by: his sister Pam Steves; his grandparents, Howard and Silvia Morgan; his aunts, Wanda Bowser and JoAnn Fields; and his uncle Edward Morgan.
He is survived by: his parent Betty Watts; his daughters, Kimberly Poyner, Betty Hargus and Penny Yannayon; his sister Donna Watts; his aunt Linda Danforth; and his uncle Don Morgan. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
