He is survived by: his wife Cathryn Durden; his children, Debby (Carson Phillips), Shirley Fultz of Berryville, Carl Holt and John Holt of Marble; and his brother Hosea Holt of New York. He is also survived by several granddaughters and grandsons; great-granddaughters and great-grandsons, and three great-great-granddaughters.
