He is survived by: his parents, Sammy Smith and Darlene Smith (Edmondson) of Berryville, AR; and his aunts and uncles, Joe Summers of Holiday Island, AR, Gerald Summers of Golden, MO, Ralph Smith (Marian) of Berryville, AR, David Smith (Leigh) of Shell Knob, MO, Charlene Coombs of Berryville, AR, Larania Reagan of Nixa, MO and Jean Smith of Berryville, AR. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
