He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Paul Hoover, Sr. and Virginia Lee Lugenbell Hoover; his wife Shirley Faye Sitton; and his son Mark Allen Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Natalie Hoover Barber of Montpelier, Carla Faye Hoover Ramsey (Jason) of Enola and Kevin Hoover of Greenbrier; his sisters, Betty Huffman and Bobbie Loriaux; and his close friend Linda Myers of Berryville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
