It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Louise Sooter of Berryville, Arkansas, born in Oak Grove, Arkansas, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolph High and Thelma Marie High (VanWinkle); her husband Loren Elbert Sooter; her brother Ferman High (Imogene); and her nephews, Denny High (Kitty), Randy High and Ricky Wheatley.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Hart (Doug) and Stephen Sooter (Alecia) of Berryville, Arkansas; her siblings, Lula Wheatley (Johnie) of Texas and Ronald High (Betty) of Berryville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Ashley Simmons, Justin Hart, Nicole Floyd (Matt), Heather Shimandle, Aaron Hart, Jesse Sooter (Alisha), Levi Sooter and Micah Sooter (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Madelynn, Blake, Ava, Landon, Garrett, Randall, Delson and Atticus. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
