She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Cook and Eula Cook (Newberry) of Kingston, Arkansas.; her husband Wayne Whiteley; and her brother Cleabern Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffany (Jeff Miles), Susan (Kevin Whittaker) and Tamera (Steve Geldmacher); her nephew Keith (Judy Cook); her grandchildren, Rick, Tonya Light, Devin, Angeline Light, Caelan Young, Eli Young, Nicole, Mark Ashby, Wayne Whiteley, Dustin Blackston, Shane and Comallita Blackston; and her great grandchildren, Mason Ashby, Whitney, Sydney Ashby, Levi Ashby, Layla Blackston, Henry Blackston, Charlee Belle Whiteley, Jasmine Butler (Light), Skyler Light, Ryder Light and Hunter Light. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel (302 E Madison Ave, Berryville, AR 72616). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
